Tracker Capture - Exercise¶

1. Open Tracker Capture and navigate to 0001 CH Mahosot. Select the Electronic Immunization Registry Program as the tracker program.
2. Register a TEI. Look out for possible duplicates already registered in the system.
3. Now search for a person that is not registered in the system. Proceed to register them.
4. Enter data. Complete data entry
5. Add/Schedule a new event.
6. Compare the forms using the compare button.
7. Create a referral for a new event to another facility
8. Enroll the entity in another program “Case based Surveillance”.
9. Register a TEI with no program.
   • Enter the profile details without selecting the program .
   • Select the program from the tracker dashboard of the individual patient.
